Deceitful, unprofessional and unethical leasing team including members of Durst organization. If you have to rent in any of Durst properties make sure to take everything in writing, view the original apartment you intend to lease, do not fall for viewing of exact same or mirror apartment, do not pay for anything including the application fee or deposit unless you view the apartment and obtain agreement via email exchange. They do not refund any fee or deposit. I was deceived and at multiple... occasions reached out to Durst HQ but the response was equally unprofessional and unethical.

For the next year, this will be a four star apartment. Big windows, uninterrupted views of the west side down to Jersey City, nothing in the way of sunsets or the Hudson. But three big buildings are going up South, West, and North and it'll all be gone by 2017. And constant construction sounds.

Staff great, roof nice, free shuttle to subway.
