Look somewhere else. Residents threatened / fight each other, maintenance is substandard, no recycling, no limit on rent increase, overcrowded pool with outsiders, no one checks, fire department here regularly, people working on their cars in plain site. Look elsewhere. Not worth the headaches.

Great place to live
I lived here for 9 years. Apparently if they weren’t good I wouldn’t have stayed so long.
The good: Roomy apartments, clean, safe community, responsive management.
The not so good: squeaky floors! You can’t walk in your apartment without the folks next and below you hear you. In some areas of the apartment its rally bad. The balconies on the top floor have no protection from the elements. They are always doing construction and it gets really loud. Also, they never warn you when they turn... off the water. Tough luck if you are taking a shower and they decide to cut you off.
