Stay away......And it's still Mice city

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The landlord lives in JAPAN! JAPAN! They will not tell you until you sign the lease. The property manager has a beyond nasty attitude and will refuse repairs. They do not have after hours maintenance, It is only Mon-Fri 9-3:30 and the people that do come state they don't know what to do. Maintenance will enter into your apartment without 24 hrs. notice for no reason, repairs still undone. People smoke more than weed and get high in the hallway. And I agree with the previous... poster, it is Mice city! When I tell people where I live, they tell me to get out ASAP and the mention the property manager being rude. These are people that either lived here in the past or knew a past tenant. This is the worse place I have lived at in Poughkeepsie. You & your Family deserve better!

Loud neighbors and mice city!

Stay away from this place if you can! !

Can't wait for lease to be up. This so far is the worst place I've ever been living in since moving to Poughkeepsie.

Rental office will take your complaint but do nothing about it. Don't waste time or money.
