Mice and centipedes, Don’t lock yourself in 12 month lease

Ask old tenants about:
-Car theft and breaking windows every month.
-Pest like mice and centipedes.
-Sewer smell.
-Old noisy bathroom fixtures, adding and replacing isn’t allowed.
-Very rude employees, disgusting communication skills.
-90% of the tenants want to move or waiting for the lease to end.

Horrible place to live

Due to poor maintenance, the water tube for the toilet exploded within a month of moving in, I was out of town, so my apartment was flooded and the floors were damaged. A lot of my books were damaged because they were in cardboard boxes set on the floor. Maintenance took over a month to replace the flooring. After they were done, they left nails and debris all over the unit, hand prints on the walls, indentations from the construction was left all over the walls, bathroom was filthy from misuse.… Maintenance refused to clean up the mess they made and did not reinstall the stove or the window screen they took down. Cannot wait to move out.

USELESS / STAFF

I have lived here since 1994 , when I first moved here it was excellent . Now it's a DUMP ! STAFF HERE ARE USELESS , Yes INDEED LAZY, Grass is cut YES every 4 WEEKS . I only stay here because area is Convenient Close to Express way . Maintance is ( HEAD GUY ) more interested in FIXING His BOAT in the Summer ! Poor SERVICE . Don't Rent From Here ! Terrible

Mice Mice mice

I would not recommend no one to live here. They have a HUGE mouse/mice problem and when you call management Lindsay she basically blow you off with a attitude. If you have kids it’s the worse place ever. Also maintenance Staff are super super lazy .. they focus on just cutting the grass and making the outside nice .. but they can careless about the residents needs. If you can avoid living here please do .. cause trust me you’ll regret it . Cause I sure did The place is very old, apartments… really need so improvements . Each year they rise the rent by $15-$20 with no plus side. You have to pay rent with a check this place is out dated and full with mice

Mice, Mold, Sewer smell evrywhere

Have been living here for over 3 years, called maintenance a million times, never fixed anything, mice infestation, sewer smell everywhere in the house, broken heater, mold in the bathroom, ceiling craked everything has been like that even before we moved still waiting for it to be fixed
