Had roaches, mice and bees. When we complained about the roaches they said they would move us into a roach free unit (we’d been there 4 days) but it would be an extra $100 per month, they didn’t tell us about the roaches and tried to lie about even having roaches. Our second unit wasn’t finished in time and when they did give it to us it wasn’t clean, the heat didn’t work, the dryer was broken, the floor had a 2.5” gap in the wood planks, wall paint chipping and cupboards falling off. Neighbors... are loud (yelling, screaming, partying on weekdays, running laundry at 12am even though you cannot (states in lease) due to how loud they are, moving furniture, slamming doors). Neighbors walking up to first floor windows and looking in. Dog poop everywhere…there was a bag outside my window from March to June (current), no one in my building had a dog. Pool seldom open, gym equipment always broken.

“Luxury” apartments must have a different meaning
These apartments are not luxury apartments. Yes, they do have some features that have been updated. But overall, they are overpriced and not worth the money. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. You get to hear them stomp, yell, and talk all day long! They also allow dogs, so you get to listen to dogs bark! The pool is rarely open and the gym is tiny. They also haven’t updated their basements, laundry facilities, outside of the apartments etc. They also haven’t remodeled all their units,... so you have a mix of luxury tenants and non luxury tenants. Save your money, don’t move in here

DO NOT move in or live here!
First off, these apartments are overpriced and the "remodeled" aspect means nothing. They are mice and bug infested. Services come twice a month. Never any parking spots in front of your building and maintence enters as they please with no notice.

Loved Living Here
Brighton village was perfect for my husband and I. It was quiet and the residents were all friendly. It was safe; I felt comfortable running alone in the complex. It's near to a lot of stores, but tucked safely away from the noise. As I work from home, the quiet was appreciated. Al from maintenance and Brad from management were phenomenal. Although I will say we never had any maintenance issues so we only met Al on move in day. There was always plenty of parking, the apartment was nice and clean... , we never lost any mail or packages, the amenities were nice, but the best part was having a storage space in the basement! That will be missed. Before we moved in, I read a review about how they don't give the full security deposit back, but I can happily say that is not true! The only reason we left is because we had to relocate for my husband's new job. Wish we could've stayed!

Amazing apartment
I recently moved into a apartment here and love it! The property manager Nikki is always extremely helpful and nice! I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends or family especially for the price and location. :)
