The perfect location-the perfect home!

Alloco Properties may own the building but it's our home! From the beautifully maintained circa 1800's historic building, to the highly professional maintenance team, to the always accessible management staff-they make sure we're safe, well cared for and satisfied tenants. It's like no other location in Rochester and Alloco Properties is not your average landlords! They care about who lives in their buildings, they listen to their tenants and they take pride in everything they do! I'm proud to... call Chapel Hill my home-there is no place else I'd live!
