Kings Court Manor Apartment Homes

As a 10+ year resident of Kings Court Manor Apartments, I've personally witnessed a concerning decline regarding living conditions since the departure of the previous property manager, Rosa.
But the most pressing issue I must bring to your attention, is the server infestation of mice. Since the rehoming of my pet Lola, I'm faced with an alarming number of mice within my apartment (living in a building of 8 apartments). To date, I've caught and disposed of eight mice, varying in size and color -… the situation seems to be escalating.

While I appreciate the efforts made by the current property manager to address the issue, like sending to maintenance to set traps and sliding me on a slot of an exterminator who was already on the property exterminating mice in another building. Despite these efforts, I discovered a juvenile mouse running around the living room and my bread had AGAIN
nibbled on during the night, since moving it from the pantry to the kitchen table.

Regrettably, the response from the property manager has been less than satisfactory. Despite my pleas for effective action, I'm met with dismissive assertion of, "we've done all we can do." Such a response not only fails to acknowledge the severity of the situation, but it also disregards the health risk posed to my family and myself.

I like the apartments but you can hear the people nextdoor and across the hall if they speak remotely loud, and the woman in the office (Karen) is awful. She has never spoken to me with any kindness or respect to the point I considered leaving.
