We lived at Mount Hope Lofts for 5 years and it was a great experience! The apartment was very spacious and having an in-unit washer & dryer is a huge plus. Another major benefit of living here is the prime location right next to URMC/Strong. The community directors are wonderful and responsive. Overall, Mount Hope Lofts was a great place to live!

Living in the Lofts was a great experience for the 3 years I was there. The convenience to the hospital and to the South Wedge neighborhood drew me to the property, and the added security and included covered parking were major bonuses. Staff were also very accommodating and always accessible, particularly JeRon.

The convenience of living at Mount Hope Lofts is unparalleled. The building is safe and secure, conducive to socializing and enjoying neighborhood dining establishments and proximity to the medical center is ideal. The leasing consultants and maintenance staff are wonderful to work with and they are always quick to solve problems or help resolve any issues. Maintenance requests are typically addressed within 24-hours and they do a good job of communicating the status of the request. Common areas... are well-kept and cleaned daily. Underground parking is convenient and safe and will likely be appreciated during the winter months when I don't have to pay for a company to shovel snow living in one of the nearby White Coat district houses.
The only downside to living at Mt. Hope Lofts is the trash situation. Oddly, trash chutes were not included on each floor nor are there dumpsters located in the garage or any common area. Trash must be deposited by the Barnes & Noble receiving area and though kept well-lit it is a hassle and inconvenience to constantly be carrying trash downstairs and across the parking lot.
Overall, living at Mt. Hope Lofts has been enjoyable. If you are looking for safe, clean and convenient living close to the medical center and conducive to student life, you've found it!
