How Is This Rating Determined?

SubStandard Outgoing Plumbing System

Steinmetz Homes is basically an adequate income based housing complex. HOWEVER, from residing within the complex for 3-years from experience, there is a DEFINITIVE need for repair & replacement of the drain-sewer system within the complex. The outgoing plumbing system is substandard. Cosmetically, it is sufficient, but the plumbing system is near total collapse.
