Honestly... Where to start, we were the fourth people to move into the building ( so we have been here from the beginning) so the construction of the OUTSIDE building took 8+months to finish. Construction constantly setting the fire alarms off MULTIPLE times DAILY and NIGHTLY! ( hope you don’t have to work! ) takes A LONG TIME waiting in the parking lot for the FIRE DEPARTMENT to come and turn off the alarms. REALLY LOUD and upsets all the animals in the building ( so sad )And( Lofts- big... windows for people on lifts to see in your apartment - literally- for months)my car has been TOWED ($280.00 each time)out of this parking lot TWO times because I was at work and couldn’t move it in time for there CONCERTS( so I hope you like to party! - cause you DON’T have a choice) In the parking lot( that’s right -YOUR BACKYARD!) also I ran over a screw In parking lot from all the construction(new tire- $150) also that EPOXY floor- isn’t done right and there is cracks in the cement floor and the epoxy is breaking off daily which keeps the floor constantly dirty. There are lots of dogs and bark( I do love animals, but can be much!) You can also hear everyone’s conversations walking by there doors- EASILY! Also the apartments are angled at each other so you CAN SEE INTO YOUR NEIGHBORS apartment! Also BEWARE - the BALCONIES are BOWING 8/12/21 and if your look up when. On your balcony you will see all the nails coming out of the roof- SCARY! Also can’t really even party on your balcony cause your neighbors balcony is right there too and that’s connected to their BEDROOM- they get mad- you would too! Kinda inconvenient…Look nice but it's all an illusion!

These apartments are beautiful - very modern, high quality windows and features! We had so much fun building a community here with our neighbors and the owners/staff at Frog Alley Brewery. It is walking distance to amazing coffee/breakfast (Arthur's) and all of the State Street restaurants and farmer's market on Sundays. It was an incredible place to live and we would not have moved away if it hadn't been for job relocation. Highly recommend - really fun place to live!

My apartment is beautiful!!! The floors are EPOXY flooring, so have artistic details with a gloss finish! The walls are a cool grey tone (perfect for dark furniture or warm tones for a pop!)
My windows are hugeee. My bedroom one nearly takes up the entire wall (save literally about half a foot on each side :D)
The conveniences are plenty and add security, such as fob access and no apartments being on the first floor (the apartments begin on the second level); furthermore, there is a trash... room (so I neverrr have to leave the apartment building to dispose of waste), and there is a mailroom to which the most common mail carriers (USPS, FedEx, and UPS) have access to store my packages for safe delivery :D
The appliances are modern, stainless steel, and work efficiently (i.e. my microwave heats things way faster than I expect!)
The place is uber dog-friendly.
Lastly for this review, the first floor is occupied with a brewery, a bakery, and a pizza parlor (with vegan options) :D, and I LOVE the leasing staff whom all deserve raises now (super kind and genuine).
In essence, I’m elated to call this place home due its foundational integrity (it doesn’t just look good…it’s well done), its beauty, and its convenience.
