Need to put up a security deposit before applying.
The apartment complex requirements are ridiculous. You will get yelled at by Suzanne if you don't put up a security deposit before you are approved for the apartment.

Clean, quiet, affordable renting. Conveniently located and I was able stay in the same school district.
