Parking is extra
There is no parking. They have 5 spots available including a handicap parking spot for an extra $120 a month. The selling points is it is gated but, only on one side. You can walk around the block and enter the parking lot from the other side. There are 4 free spots up front 1st come 1st serve and 3 spots on Erie Blvd side that are reserved for commercial tenants they will text u if u park there and remind u not to park there. They have no commercial tenants
