Cheap materials and poor workmanship

These apartments have a faulty alarm system, parking lot lights have never been on, brand new so called custom screens are already falling out from the 5th floor, bricks are missing, there are broken windows already. Read reviews for Regan Development before you get locked into a lease at this dump.
