How Is This Rating Determined?

Not highly recommend.

The property is in a poor condition. The apartment is old. The hallway, stairs, and elevator are always smelled. The laundry machines in the laundry room are not available most of the time. They have never been cleaned. Most of the time, the machines will not work after you process the payment.
