Moving into 25 N Lex was a great decision for my partner and me. We initially chose this location because of its close proximity to the train and the parkway for easy access to the city. The apartment features quality appliances, and the building is consistently clean and well-maintained.
Mr. Garcia from the leasing team was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional, and his prompt responses to our questions made the process of signing the lease and coordinating the move-in... very smooth.
The concierge team is wonderful. They are always helpful, whether providing assistance with accessing the package room or answering questions about the community.

Outstanding emphasis on high quality communal spaces and facilities. Leasing, front desk and maintenance staff have all been responsive, know what they're doing, and friendly. Parking and access to MNR efficient and easy. Top brand appliances, smart home friendly. A very positive case of getting what you pay for!
