They do not care one bit. It is more important to argue over the English language than fix resident concerns!

After a year

I've been here for just about a year now, planning to renew my lease! I enjoy it here and have really no complaints. My apartment was beautifully renovated and everything was brand new when I moved in. Some stuff still had tape and plastic on it! My neighbors are great and everything here is honestly just peaceful. grateful to live here!

New Resident

Super lovely community. So far I haven’t had any issues, management is very prompt on communication and responsiveness. Renovations are up to date, everything’s clean, and the neighborhood is peaceful!

New Resident

I placed an online inquiry to tour the property. The gentleman responded promptly with a date/time available. After touring the property and seeing many of the updates and amenities offered I am happy to say that this will be our new home. Thanks to the welcoming gentleman in the leasing office.
