Terrible communication
I am a current resident and I have been here for two years. I can’t count on one hand how many times I’ve contacted them with no reply. Voice messages left, emails, in app messaging, no response. But when you go to the leasing office, they’re doing nothing….. I love the apartment itself but the communication is enough that I regret renewing my lease. The walls are thin and I hear everything my neighbors below me say and do….. I can hear my next door neighbors talking constantly even with my tv... up. At some point my neighbor did it on purpose and I expected management to step in and correct the poor behavior as it affects ALL surrounding neighbors experience…. But they can’t do that because they don’t respond.
There is a fellow who walks around and stares in peoples cars and homes. And has on many occasions approached me or my guest and made inappropriate remarks, I reached out to leasing to find a resolution, left a voicemail describing urgency, that was months ago……. No contact. I no longer feel peace or security and I feel like leasing took my money and stopped caring about my experience here. Not to mention the lack of security for packages or me reporting an animal eating at my walls with once again no response.
