lived here for 2 years

great at first. decent size for decent price for a starter apartment. new appliances. i was promised a dishwasher and never got one. then the plumbing issues started. kitchen sink would overflow for months and flood my kitchen. that was taken care of eventually but has started gurgling again. now the ceiling above our shower is leaking BAD. i think this place is made of paper. theres holes in all the cracks so spiders and ants get in. i cant stand to be here any longer. our landlords and... maintenance people are decently nice and our neighbors arent bad but when everything is falling apart its hard to appreciate what is good about it.

Bugs everywhere

We had to move our own dog out because it’s not safe and everyone is freaking out because of bugs seen everywhere they lie about checking apartments and there are roaches and beetles everywhere don’t move here whatever you do

0/10 TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. JUST TERRIBLE.

No communication.
I drove over an hour for them to take 45 minutes to answer the door. Just to tell me they cannot do my tour. The did not communicate that is was rescheduled. It was just an extremely terrible experience. They do not answer the phone. 0 communication. I do not recommend.
I’m sure the insides are nice but I never got to take a look. The outside property is TRASH.

Nobody calls back- Beware!

I filled out a rental application and paid the fee. I’ve called 5 times in 3 days, emailed, and messaged the leasing office and nobody answers or calls back. Did not fill out a rental application or oat anything until you speak with someone. Too bad because it looks like a nice place.
