Sherice Clark is Scum !
Over the past six months, I have faced several incidents that have raised serious concerns for my safety. Upon moving in, I reported a persistent noxious smell that management attributed to the building's age, but it remains unresolved despite my efforts to mitigate it. Additionally, I’ve dealt with trash left outside my door and decorations being torn down. When I reached out to management, I received parking warnings and lease violations, including one for having my romantic partner stay over,... which prompted us to add him as an occupant.
On Saturday at 8:30 AM, I discovered my guest's vehicle, parked in a handicap spot, was missing. After reporting it stolen at 9 AM, we learned at 2 PM that it had been towed by Portillos Towing LLC on behalf of Hercules. I had to reschedule my work clients to assist my guest in retrieving his vehicle, which contained vital medication for his recent liver transplant. The towing bill was $406, and we managed to avoid an after-hours fee by retrieving it by 5:30 PM.
From 7 AM to 6 PM that day, we received no communication from management about the situation. If not for the police and OnStar GPS, we would have remained unaware of the towing. The lack of timely communication feels like extortion, especially given the unnecessary costs we incurred.
I also suspect this may be targeted harassment based on either my partner’s disability or our same-sex relationship with an age gap. My partner had recently discussed being added to my lease with property manager Sherice Clark, who failed to provide him with a resident permit. After he received his handicap permit, I believe it was tampered with, enabling her to report the vehicle.
