Very thin walls and ceilings.
You can hear everything outside from neighbors and fire trucks and people from inside even with all doors closed. You’ll hear your neighbors conversations or kids crying/showers running through their walls and if you are on the bottom floor, you will hear every movement and every single step they take above you or anything they are moving and doors closing. In the summer, lots of spiders and water bugs come in.

Oh no, sorry to hear you had an unpleasant time. I am surprised you could hear the overhead neighbors because the subfloor throughout the building is concrete. Since each apartment only share one wall with a neighbor and our windows are double pane... vinyl they should do a good job keeping the noise out too. We do have a rather dense wooded location with a creek that runs through the community so we do some little guys that find their way in occasionally. Best of luck with everything and if you ever need anything, feel free to give us a call at 513.231.0035
