They have terrible parking, they constantly in and out of your house. You have no privacy. They barely fix anything and when they do it's months later. If You are handicap they only have limited parking for you and you are not guaranteed a parking spot,so you might have to walk up multiple steps if handicap. They are very inconsiderate of their elderly tenants too.

After being at Bridges at Belmont for 2 years, I can honestly say this was a great first apartment experience for me. It’s not the fanciest place in the world, but I wasn’t interested in a posh/updated place anyway. I love my neighbors and have built a great rapport with them - I’m going to miss them very much.
Stacey the property manager is awesome. She holds a role that isn’t easy to do, and she does a great job. She always listens to your concerns and does what she can to fix the issue....
This place isn’t perfect. You can hear people walking above you, sometimes kids get loud, and other issues that come with any apartment complex. But for the price, location, and friendly community - you can’t beat it.

Lack of snow removal services, and very thin walls. You can hear everything. The Maintenance Department is rude and unprofessional. Random gunshots and tenants are not reprimanded for bad parking.
