Charge $800+ for a stain on counter top!
I lived in The Reserve at The Pines for a year. After I moved out, I received a bill of $800+ for the "damage" on the countertop. Turns out the "damage" that they charged me is the stain from a dish rack. I called them to ask if I could come to clean it, but they did not let me. Terrible place!

Do not rent from here!!!!!
Whatever you do, do not move into the pines! Office staff is friendly until the second you sign the lease they could not care less about anything. I had floods in my apartment for the first six months and they continued to not find out the problem. They were rude on the phone and were not concerned. My money order was stolen at the main office building and they refused to accept that I had paid it. They found out that several other tenants had theirs stolen as well and then they told me after... giving me an eviction notice. They still wanted me to pay rent (again) and I refused to pay almost $1000 when I had already paid my rent. It was not on my account that it was stolen. They wait for months to give me yet another eviction notice (3 days to be completely out) and expect me to pay the stolen money order. They tell me I have to call the company and request money back and leave it all in my hands. After moving out they still send me a bill for over $1,500 to my new place. Terrible terrible people!

Great location for commuter
This complex is divided into two different areas, the Pines and the Reserves. The Pines were built in the 70's and you can definitely tell. The layout of the apartment in the Pines is fantastic. It allows you to keep your bedroom fully separate from the entertaining areas. The location is fantastic, right off I-275 and in between I-75 and I-71, but you can't really hear any of the noise. Just be cautious with your utilities as it is an older building.
