Horrible maintenance & Terrible management

Mice and roaches, these are two of the main things i didn't know came with this apartment before i moved in. Now that I have your attention me and my partner also had to deal with poor maintenance who would say they've completed requests even though this wasn't the case since we still do not have a bathroom sink or fixed plumbing that affects our whole side of the building. Also management is horrible, they say they're going to get things done but never do, for example we've had a mice issue in… the building for 5 months since August and it's now December and we still have them with no help from management or maintenance. In addition to this issue we've also seen roaches on a few occurrences which is disgusting. Therefore this is the last apartment you'd ever want to move into.

p.s - the mice we found out have been around since February!!
