There is street parking in front of the home. Guests have access to the patio and backyard which is shared with Unit B guests. There is NO USPS mail delivery to this address. Packages may be delivered to the door stoop only.
There is a ring doorbell camera at the door of Unit A. There is a ring doorbell camera at the door of Unit B. There is a ring security light/ camera facing out onto the patio & back yard. All ring cameras record audio & video 24/7. There are no cameras/ recording devices inside the home.
Additional Rules: Cleaning: You are expected to keep the house in good and clean condition. Cleaning supplies are found under the bathroom & kitchen sinks and in the linen closet. If your stay is over 60 days, you agree to allow my cleaning crew into the unit to clean the common areas, including the bathroom, kitchen, and dining area, living room, basement and to inspect for maintenance concerns, if needed. You will be billed separately an additional $60 for each mid-stay cleaning if it is required. Every effort will be made to schedule the cleaning while you are at work or away from the house so as not to disturb your peaceful enjoyment of the property. Guests are required to pay for excessive cleaning fees upon vacating. Our cleaners charge $200 for a move out clean. Any overage will be charged to the guest.
Visitors: An occasional visitor is allowed without preapproval from the host. If your spouse, significant other, or friend will be visiting on a regular basis, then please just let us know. An additional fee might be assessed, and the visitor might need to be added to the lease. No visitor can stay longer than 3 nights at a time without preapproval. You agree that you will be held accountable for any behavior of your visitor.
Trash: You are required to remove trash & recycling from the home and place it in the outside trash bins behind the house. The guests in unit B will be required to move those trash bins out for collection once a week and return them back behind the house. Collection is on different days of the week, and collection days change if there is a holiday. You may sign up for email or text reminders of when the trash and recycle collection days are. Occasionally you may be asked to set the bins out on collection day if Unit B happens to be vacant.
Parking: There are 3 designated parking spots in front of the house on the street for parking. Please Park on the same side of the street as the house (south side).
Please do not park in or block the driveway (which is reserved for unit B.)
You will be sharing the back yard and patio area with the guest/s in unit B. Please be quiet and respectful.
We love our neighbors in this community. Please be a mature and respectful guest, observe quiet hours, no smoking/vaping of any substance on the premises, no animals, no parties.
There is no burning of candles.
Please inform the host immediately of any damaged items or maintenance concerns that need to be addressed.
Any Tampering of the Ring Cameras or Wi-Fi will result in immediate eviction without refund.
