Poor construction and constant loud concerts
Very cheap construction. Just on the day I moved in: the front door didn't lock properly, the smoke detectors kept going off, the toilet didn't flush, the shower was clogged and leaking, the washer left clothes dripping wet, and a handful of lightbulbs needed to be replaced. I'm also right below the building's AC units so my apartment is always rattling.
But even worse than that are the constant events at the Columbus Commons. They can have concerts at any time during the day, both on weekdays... and weekends. Including from 11am to 11pm on multiple weekdays just in one week! They constantly blast weird music, even when no one is there, and have no respect for people living downtown. I've barely been able to enjoy a nice evening in my own home since moving here. Working from home has been horrible.
You cannot rely on this apartment and have to live by their schedule. It seems like there's always something disruptive going on. I highly do not recommend moving here.

Hello and thank you for the feedback. Our location is unique, being on the Columbus Commons, some love the access to food trucks and entertainment but we understand that may not be for everyone. As the colder months roll in, the events will slow down... and so will the AC usage! We respond to all work orders with 24 hours, so please don't hesitate to enter your requests for any maintenance help. We love to hear from our residents and encourage you to reach out to us directly with any additional questions or concerns. Thanks again, EM
