The leasing office is always closed, no one ever around to help when there’s an issue if it is “outside business hours” even in an emergency. My heat went out the first snow of the year once and it took them FOUR DAYS to send someone out to fix it. Do not ever do automatic pay as they will hike your rent up and say that it is a “utility fee” without telling you. They also have a “deal” with Spectrum internet where tenants were practically forced to use them instead of another company and charged... tenants an additional fee every month even before the company sent people out and provided them with the tech needed. I never received a Spectrum modem and never saw an installation person, yet was still charged almost $2000 since then for services I was unable to use.
