POOR Management!

Management used to be great. Then the manager left. Now they have hired 2 useless people to do the job of one. They are rude and not helpful. My bathroom flooded for the second time in 3 months, I asked for monetary assistance in getting the extra laundry done. They said NO, then later said they would think about it. This was not my issue! I have had a mice issue for over a year. This new "management" team will not call an exterminator, they send over a maintenance person, who does not speak any… English! I can't get into the laundry room because my key won't work. They tell me it works fine. I am tired of the poor management!

I love the place

I have lived here 2 months and I am extremely happy with my apartment and the management and maintenance staff. I can appreciate the fact that any issues I have management and maintenance was able to address it after a phone call. My family will be relocating to Columbus from Delaware for work and hopefully Northgate will have an apartment available.

I love my nice little apartment. Affordable. Second floor is a plus

I’ve been a resident for over a year now and i’ve loved my time here. Never had any trouble with anything. Things like maintenance, if i did have a very minor problem they would have it fixed quickly. Great staff.

I have lived here for 10 + years. Management always there for you when needed. Wonderful about taking care of residents needs

management is terrible

I was insulted, name called, and had profanity used about me while registering a complaint/repair request.

Gas line broke and apartment management would not offer to put me up in a hotel or offer a discount on my rent. Meanwhile its January and I have no heat nor hot water. My building also has a broken front door so anyone can walk in at anytime. The glass in the door was broke for 3 months before it was fixed.

This place is over priced and not worth the rent at all. Spend your $… elsewhere.
