Terrible New management

DON’T move here the new management is terrible they sent out 20 letters to people that are month to month to move by Dec 31st what kind of cold hearted person would do that before the holidays ? Stacy would she’s fake and I should’ve known when Ashley left. Y’all
are pathetic. Pushing us out to renovate and charge 1500.00 for rent. The one townhome that was renovated had roaches when they moved out but yall kept that a secret. Disgusting ! If I could give 0 stars I would. This will be a blessing... though for me at the end of the day. No one will have good luck in corporate.

I Love My Townhome

I have been with Sussex Square for almost 5 years and I love it here. It's very spacious and everything is nearby. My Property Manager Ashley is very nice and understanding. I hope that this will continue to be my home going forward. The maintenance guy is very good also!

Large Town Homes and Gardens in clean secure buildings.Super clean grounds surround a clean, sparkling residents only private pool . Mature trees with lots of green areas for your pets an children to run and play. Updated units with new Stainless Steel appliances, ceiling fans and decorator back splashes adorn your new home. Large walk in closets for extra storage space. Close to freeway, shopping and dining.
