I've live here for 2.5 years, never had any issues with neighbors, I always see children having fun outside, pretty quiet, the staff has always been kind and professional, and they always fix any issues asap. I'm going to move out soon to move in with my boyfriend and I'm honestly pretty sad to leave.

MOST UNSAFE apartment community in the Polaris area
This is the MOST UNSAFE apartment community in the Polaris area. Recently there is a series of burglaries happened in this apartment community. Also there were many incidents where cars were damaged and stolen. However, the apartment management is not willing to take any actions on that. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I am also planning to leave this place soon.
