Unsafe and Horrible!
If cockroaches don’t bother you, you might be deterred by having no heat or water half the time. And when you do have water, the pipes leak and soak your bedroom closet, and maintenance fixes it with a hose clamp. And when you don’t have heat, maintenance gives you a space heater that MELTS the electrical outlets and does not trip the circuit breaker (because it doesn’t work). So if you survive the electrical fire, your front door gets kicked in by your own neighbors who try to rob you, and... maintenance fixes your front door with particle board. When a detective tells you that your apartment is unsafe to reside in, the property manager gives you a nasty attitude and sends you a massive bill when you decide to move. I’d rather live in a dumpster than here. They’re pretty similar anyway. And probably less bugs
