I’ve been here for quite some time and I’m looking at all of the reviews of the remodels and I’m wondering why current residents haven’t been offered these perks? I can’t even get maintenance to complete requests, my HVAC fixed or general upkeep maintenance done. I have to threaten them with escrow to get anything done. I’m sure there are worse places , but just beware.

Not gonna lie, I wasn’t in love here. This was my first apartment and while the prices are cheap to live here; you pay for what you get. We had a 1 bedroom here and there was constant bugs and mold. We would have loved to break our lease if possible but of course we could not do that. We had talked to maintenance multiple times but barely anything happened. I really would continue to look else where. The neighbors are wonderful and there are cute little kitties who roam around and I would say... that’s probably all I liked at this place. Definitely wouldn’t go back ! They only get 2 stars for the price!
