Best Apartment Community

Highly recommend Forest Ridge to anyone looking for a nice apartment community. Maintenance staff is spot on and quick to resolve any issues. Audrey the manager goes above and beyond for her residents and is always friendly and helpful. Best place to live in The Falls.

Sad to leave

Unfortunately , because of personal reasons I had to search for a new place to stay. However, I can't speak more highly of Ms. Audrey and her community. She's been incredibly accommodating throughout my time there, I've never had any concerns for mine or my dog's safety, the apartments are reasonably priced, and the complex was well kept.

Best place to be

I’ve lived in the Forest Ridge Luxury apartments for several years now. The property staff are simply amazing. Always prompt with any questions or concerns. The property is clean and very well maintained not to mention beautiful and quiet! I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. The neighbors are so welcoming as well. I feel safe and really enjoy my stay here. If I could give the ten stars I would. I’d recommend this for anyone whether it be by yourself or with a small family it fits... everyone’s needs.

Very nice place

My adult son & moved here last May and I am happy to be here. The units are nice & quiet, only muffled footsteps from above and the neighbors are nice. Audrey was & is very helpful and maintenance is quick to respond when needed.
