Gateway Lofts Centerville

Moved here because it had the amenities of a luxury apartment, but was still in my price range. I've lived here for about 6 months and have had no major problems. Facilities respond in a timely manner, the area is safe, and there is so much within driving and walking distance. As I live in the apartment I notice some imperfections, but nothing that would make me want to move out.
As for the cons, I have noticed that some of the community area things have started to depreciate. For example, I... used to love coming by the coffee bar to grab something for late night study sessions. They used to have cold creamer, honey sticks, a variety of tea, hot chocolate, chai latte, etc. The last time I went, they had no cups available, got rid of the tea, creamer and honey, and the hot chocolate wasn't working. Loved my time living at gateway! Apartments are nice, great amenities, and maintenance was always quick and responsive to requests!

I moved here over the summer and have lived living here. The gym is great and I am often the only one using it. The Starbucks machine in the clubhouse has saved me so much money on coffee. Highly recommend living here and the maintenance staff is quick to complete work orders.

I have lived here for over two years now, and everyone in the office and the maintenance team is amazing! They go above and beyond for their residents and the property is beautiful! Highly recommend!

I moved here from Idaho 5 months ago site unseen with my dog Ruger. What I love the most is they made him part of the entire process and he loves the trails and ponds. Meghan and Brianna made sure I understood all steps of the leasing process all the way to coming in and getting my keys. Maintenance even introduced their selves and to this day Jordan, and Matt stop and chat. They really made me feel like part of the property.
