Rivers Edge Apartments and Townhomes

I have the pleasure of living at rivers edge, and I can confidently say it deserves a 5-star rating! The amenities are fantastic—everything from the pool and gym to the beautiful common areas. The management team is incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about the residents. My apartment was spacious, well-maintained, and had stunning views. Helpful staff, laundry facilities, pool, pet friendly. Nice community with plenty of floor plan options which is what I appreciated! Conveniently located near restaurants and parks in the area!

Maintenance is awesome! Pool looks very refreshing!

The laundry is dirty, and it’s never cleaned at all. There's always trash and dog poop in the yard. The pool is never opened. They tell us we have to have a bracelet on in order to get in the pool but never enforce it. The gym is dirty and has white patches in it all over the wall. There is only one tredmill that barely works. The treat of the equipment doesn’t work . The manager is rude and non empathetic when she is wrong.
