Rockwood Apartments

These are certainly older apartments that they’ve made a few touch ups but no updates to. You get a lot of space in a three bedroom for the price compared to pricey downtown. The neighborhood is fairly safe, and we walk to downtown regularly or walk around in the evenings without problems. Most residents in the building are nice, but a lot of lazy people that won’t return the complementary carts provided, and a lot of pot heads make it smell a lot. The floors are thin and if you have stomping... upstairs neighbors you will hear it, and management doesn’t care. Management is not great either. They are friendly, but otherwise incompetent. The apartments are very spacious, clean, and in good condition. The building is pretty quiet and well kept. The staff is sometimes rude and very short with you. It is evident that the maintenance team avoids hard work and often patch up issues therefore resulting in multiple visits for the same issue. I would recommend this place to others because the bad does not outweigh the good.
