Love it here!

Trotter’s Landing is a great place to live! Very quiet and well run. The staff and maintenance are responsive and attentive. It’s a great area and close to everything you could need.

Love this place Trotters Landing

I love it here!

Moving to Trotters Landing has been such a seamless process. Dan has walked me through every step. Such a beautiful complex and everyone that I’ve met so far has been positively wonderful!

Great Place to Live!

My spouse and I have been here 13 years and are looking forward to many more! The front-office team goes the extra mile to make us feel like family and to be helpful when needs arise. The maintenance team is prompt, courteous, and competent. Even the landscaping contractors are great! The buildings and grounds are attractive and well-maintained. We highly recommend it.

Apartment is so-so, office staff is horrendous

While the apartment may be decent, the staff is awful. I was hung up on and threatened to be evicted over a $60 late fee that I hadn't earned, since I payed my rent on time. The staff then acted as though they sent a letter with strict compliance orders in order to cover their mistakes. We've been tenants for years and have yet to get office staff capable of doing their job correctly. Our kitchen sink has leaked since we moved in in 2015. All of the maintenance requests we put in so far... since signing our most recent least, and promises the staff made upon our lease resigning, have been ignored. Find a landlord with a conscience and run from Trotters Landing, as they are lacking one.
