Management is awful at communicating. The property manager never responded to emails that contained questions or concerns.

Just moved here recently and the noise & smoking of the neighbors is terrible! There have been multiple occasions I have asked them to do something about it and they continue to say they will, but never follow through on it. I have had to leave my apartment due to the extreme smell of the smoke in it resulting from the neighbors smoking. They DO NOT answer calls. DO NOT MOVE HERE I am a new renter. I was verbally told this is a no smoking complex. The cigarette, cigar, and pot smoking is so bad I wake up choking at night. The cigarette butts litter the cement under the stairs of my building. The second hand smoke actually fills my apartment where there is a haze of smoke! I feel like for a brand new place they would do better with their management team and communication. They were so nice when we applied and looked at the place but when we had questions or needed answers after signing the lease, they were rude and unsure of a lot of things that they should probably know. The place is beautiful and in a good area but the guy I talked to on the phone was rude about a miscommunication issue on the front desks end.
