Do not rent
Owners and corporate refuse to allow maintenance to fix anything. Every unit has black mold in kitchen and bathroom walls. Residents have no heat or a.c. in some of the apartments.

Great Potential Ruined By Poor Management and Staff
Shame for such a great location to be in the hands of an ownership and staff that can't bother to care. Some units are beginning to deteriorate, which does happen with age, but can be largely prevented with proper care and maintenance. Should have been aware of this management immediately, considering issues that were stated upon moving and repeated on multiple instances over the first several months still have not been addressed over a year later.
While ownership has kept steady, maintenance... and office employees change monthly it seems, which certainly does not sit well seeing as these are the employees who have direct access to your home at any time. To say that some of the hires over my tenancy are suspect would be an understatement.
Good luck addressing any of these concerns with any employees or management without a private investigator, as keeping a reasonable schedule and returning calls and messages seems to be foreign to all of those involved with Towne and Country Apartments.
As a tenant, hopefully your finances are in order when paying rent as you may be waiting several weeks, at times 3 or more, after payment for rent checks to actually be cashed. I'm not quite sure where the property/office manager (either current or the various others previously) actually spends their time when they are "working" but I can tell you it's not the bank.
In the end if all these things mentioned, among others I'm sure I didn't touch on, are things that do not bother you or things that do not sway your opinion, it is hard to beat the location and unit layout, and what is largely a quiet and respectable community when it comes to other tenants. Unfortunately both current and I can only assume future tenants deserve much better than they are currently receiving when it comes to leadership.

Quiet
This place is a country setting. Quiet. Close to city. The management is really nice and will fix anything. You really don't hear the neighbors.
