roach motel

No more than 2 weeks after I moved in did I see roaches all through the apartment. The problem is that they don’t exterminate the apartment unless someone calls. But some of the neighbors are comfortable living in filth so the roaches have taken over the building. Not worth the price or time

not like it use to be

I been living here for a couple years now i say more than 5 years and i like it. the area and the view of the place is good and the new lobby decor is nice and clean but i have issues with the elevator being down couple times and the out side trash can some times get over filled. the hallways are clean i just wish the lighting be a little bit brighter i do have a few issues with the new tenets that move in at first couple years ago it was not many kids and no pest and now people playing their… music loud and smoking weed i dont want to have to smell that every time i come in my apt. what a person do in their apt is their business but keep it to a minimum when it loud be consider it to your neighbors to quite down after hours. i wish that management can do something bout these issues
