The office staff and Harbor Crest is the most proficient and professional teams I’ve every encountered. From moving in, collecting packages, handling maintenance calls expediently. They are well organized and handle the residents with care. Welcome to the newest member of the family, Manuel, he processed my request as if was a pro. Sometimes I wonder if the staff is actually corporate office members just making sure things are running smoothly. They are always courteous and go out of their way... to make me feel welcomed. Thanks to the entire staff for making my relocation easy-peezy.

Manager Madeline
Madeline is the property manager who went above and beyond to help me with rental assistant ‘ she stays on her job make it her business to make sure work orders are complete in a timely manner ! She even calls to make sure things a are working properly after work order has been submitted ! Very amazing she even helps in the package room from time to time

We are disappointed to learn of your dissatisfaction with your current living environment. We strive to provide all residents with a pleasant experience, and should any maintenance or pest issues arise, we encourage residents to notify us as soon as... possible so we can resolve the concerns. Management takes extensive measures to address any concerns of pest control that are reported. This is why we have a detailed pest management addendum that specifies proper protocol to address these concerns.
K&D performs bi-annual suite inspects in addition to the annual City of Euclid Housing Department inspections to check all units for living conditions, resident upkeep and any unreported maintenance issues. If any of the issues listed in your review exist, you can sign onto the resident portal and submit a service request at your convenience 24 hours a day. Maintenance will gladly come out and address any concerns you might have. If you are unable to submit your request for service online, please do not hesitate to contact customer service or stop by the management office to discuss your concerns. Thank you.

Just terrible
they don't care about you, they told me they had no meters when i was getting my electricity turned on, my mailbox lock didnt work and it's waayyy overpriced. people leave garbage in the elevators and stairwell, and the stairwell smells like weed. Things are constantly broken like the laundry room cars machine and the workout room door. avoid this place like the plague

Levi, while we understand that you're frustrated , we feel that you mischaracterized your circumstances. Our records indicate that at the time of your move-in there was an issue with the electrical breaker to your unit, which was addressed the same... day and corrected the following day. Also, we regularly have the equipment in the laundry room serviced, but if you do find an issue there are phone numbers located on the equipment that you may call as well. We are pleased to say that we are in the process of having the work out equipment in the fitness center serviced in the very near future. If you'd like to discuss your experience further, please feel free to stop in and speak with the Property Manager - she is always available to address any issue that you may have. We strive to provide a comfortable living environment for all of our residents.
