Not worth it, keep looking
Very overpriced for what you get. Upper Management is not friendly at all. Master bath, shower enclosure door drips all over the floor and gets very moldy and nasty. Dryer does not work properly because the vent needs cleaned out clear up to the roof. It takes forever to get hot water, especially to the kitchen. The carpet is nasty and needs replaced. The Refrigerator makes all kinds of noises. The stove and oven we’re not in good shape. There is no extra parking for company. Electrical was... very poor and keeps popping the breakers because too many things are on one breaker.

Cathy - We're shocked to hear this, and feel horrible for your poor experiences. During your year here, we addressed all of your maintenance concerns within 24-48 hours. The issue you shared about your shower is not something we were made aware of,... and has not been an issue for residents at our community. We wish we would have had a chance to address your concern while you lived here. With regards to your dryer, there is only so much we can do to help when residents brings their own dryers. However, we did identify the malfunctioning parts within your dryer for you, which were causing your dryer and electric issues, but since you owned your dryer, it was up to you to repair your machine.
When lease violations occur, we do our best to address them clearly and kindly with the violating resident, as to ensure a positive environment for all residents. We're sorry that you found this communication to be unfriendly, and that the alternative parking options we provided were not satisfactory for you.
