Ryland Park Apartments

Excellent condo, very quiet. I've been living here for a year, everything is fine. If the apartment has any problems, the maintenance staff is very quick to assist you, along with the manager, Abby Spoelstra. She's always willing to help you with the best possible disposition. She's super responsible, organized, and kind. She tries to solve everything you need in the best way possible. I feel like she's helped me a lot here in resolving issues.

Since moving in our experience here at Ryland Park has been great. From the beginning Abby was very communicative and helpful. She was able to get us approved next day. We moved in and found a couple of things that needed to be taken care of by maintenance and Frank was here first thing in the morning next business day and communicated everything he was doing and what we needed to watch for. Frank, is just the best of the best! Anytime I put in a work order, he takes care of it quickly. He is always professional, and kind!
And even though the office staff changes from time to time, they have and are always wonderful to work with. The staff is one of the main reasons I renewed my lease for the 3rd time.

I had been looking for a new place for almost a year, did not want to settle, and was willing to wait for the place to call home for me and my son. I found Ryland park, and it was perfect from the start. I began with calling to make an appointment for a tour, Regan reached out to confirm date and time and was extremely friendly and professional. We showed up, and the place was even better in person and then Regan made it above and beyond. With all of my questions she had the knowledge to... make me want to put in the application that day. When I booked a tour to view the property, I didn't know what I was getting myself into. This has to be the most convenient residential location ever. Walmart is literally across the street along with an AMC, Olive Gardens, Target, Home Goods, Chic-fil-A, and any fast food place you can think of. There's definitely no shortage on food options. If you don't want to adventure across the street, you can always spend the day in one of the many lounge chairs by the pool. It always quiet and... surprisingly cool outdoors. Did I mention there's a community grill and happy hour on Fridays!? Don't worry the neighbors are respectful and friendly...at least all the ones I've encountered. The property is very clean and well-kept and I want to thank Regan for being the best leasing manager I've ever dealt with.
