well below par customer service
It is a cool building and it definitely has a great location but well below average customer service experience I had here. The property manager was not helpful when I asked simple questions and generally had a bad attitude a number of times throughout my year stay. There were a couple other things that I disliked about the place. The gym is pretty outdated for one and they don't keep up with, as in, there aren't towels or water stocked. Also, my neighbor had a bad experience in their unit... (there was a unfixed hole in the ceiling for over a month).
My major concern about this place is how I was treated. Sure, there were some times that I was treated with respect and as a preferred customer, which I appreciated. However, I received some miscommunication from the property manager and this experience overshadowed everything else. After attempting to reach out to the office a few times to attempt to discuss the confusion/miscommunication, my calls were not returned. I felt unheard as they responded with comments that did not address my concern(s) and were inconsistent/unreasonable with what the property manager has previously said. This situation left me feeling ripped off. I'm writing this this review as objectively as I can - the rating it is not a reflection of the result of the disagreement but more-so how the situation was handled (unprofessionally). Honestly, it is a nice building but poor ethics displayed by the property group.
