Move here at your own risk
There should be a standard in which the apartment building needs to uphold to be deemed as "luxury". The amenities are great but they are poorly managed, and residents are really left to there own devices upon moving in.
1. The walls are paper thin, be prepared to hear your neighbors sneeze/cough, conversations on the phone, what tv shows they watch, favorite songs, intimate moments, and a plethora of other private matters throughout the day & most upsettingly throughout the night.
2. The... building is not kept up well, I workout avidly and the gym is filthy. They do not sanitize or clean the machines, I've never seen them clean the floors (the dust bunnies in all the corners can confirm this) And they are always out of sanitation wipes for the residents.
3. The pool is a great amenity, until you realize that the young residents will take advantage and will be throwing parties until all hours of the night. On multiple occasions there have been residents screaming from there balcony pleading with the kids to call it a night as they have to go to work in the morning.
4. Cheap appliances - Its clear that there were corners cut when building these Apartments. Since moving my family has had to call maintenance to fix our kitchen sink / dishwasher 5+ times as they keep breaking and leaking. Our bathroom has flooded 3 times from our upstairs neighbor simply taking a bubble bath, and we have become very handy as we've had to fix the washer / dryers, sinks, dishwashers, screen doors, blinds, etc all on our own while living here.
Currently looking to break our lease and move, hands down the worst management and apartment I've lived in / dealt with to date.
