Horrible Maintenence and poor customer service

Maintenaince is not upto the mark. their leasing office staff has limited knnowledge on their policies and poor communication. They treat as if they don't care

Maintenance is Timely, Office Staff are Nice!

I think Mallard Crossing is the perfect place to live. Samantha in the office was a pleasure to work with, and any problem I had at move-in was fixed promptly and same-day! Maintenance staff are approachable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great staff, excellent customer service, lots of new things coming like new gym equipment and a pool redo. Great school system too!
