Most unethical business
Stayed there for 3 yrs, moved to month on month paying 150% of rent for last two months as we are planning to relocate and informed same to office.
After vacating, due to Auto pay setup we paid extra month in rent and Our apartment is maintained so clean that they cannot add any fine.
When asked for refund they simply came up with a fine of one month rent as a notice period which no one in office mentioned when we informed office about same. We asked office for policy of moveout in email and... never heard anything from them about the fine during our stay.
When asked for contact details to escalate the matter they simply ignored my emails.
This is very Unethical way of doing business.
