place is falling apart
Have been living next to it for two years now, was and still is literally falling apart. Second floor concrete falling outside apart!!!

Be warned....
This place is falling apart. Termites infest at least one building. The buildings are almost condemned at this point. Staff is rude and dishonest. Your best bet would be to drive on by this place.

I currently live here and will be leaving. Maintenance doesn't exist and the landlord changes so frequently that no one knows what's going on

nobody there
we made an appointment and went to meet someone from here to look at the place. nobody came after being on time. a tennant came up and actually told us this was normal and that shes been trying to see them to resign her lease. also, the place on the outside looked cheap and rundown.
dont bother going here.

Rude
Called to to see if I could get a tour, whoever was on the phone was rude and hung up in the middle of me talking. I don’t know how they expect people to want to live there if we can’t get past the phone
