Needs a few updates

Not to bad of a place the windows are old and drafty and parking is crowded at times but other than that not terrible

Too soon to tell

I have lived at Pineview apartments for about 1 week so far. My experience with Aspen management so far has been fairly good. No major issues, although I was hoping to hear from Aspen management sooner than we did regarding our move-in, we were able to reach out and easily take care of the details. The hallways in the building could really use new carpet/flooring and the windows need to be replaced pretty badly. The apartment itself has decent flooring, new carpet, and a fresh coat of paint. I... also really liked the move-in gift. It was a nice gesture. So far I would give 3.5 stars.

Pretty good

The apartments are pretty good, maintenance can take a while to respond to requests if they aren’t urgent. Not terrible but you will be waiting a while.

Nice place to live

Since new management took over, things seem to be going well with the Pineview apartments. The Maintenance (Scott) is friendly and very helpful, and he has taken care of every issue in a punctual manner!
