Noisy expensive and poor leasing office staff
I’ve lived here for a while and am completely regretting it.
Cons:
- Noise levels are ridiculous. Interstate is right next to the community and you will hear
non stop wailing tire noise all day everyday.
I suspect the ceiling is made of cardboard because you will hear every single footstep, door closing and tv noise from neighbors.
- Once you’ve signed the lease, the leasing office and management will simply not bother responding to any of your emails.
- They will charge you full months... deposit no matter how good your credit score( although they claim the deposit is purely decided by their “software”)
- For an apartment that claims luxury living, gym is a joke with paint peeling away from rusted dumbells and the pulley equipment jamming.
Pros: Apartment community looks good from the outside.
