BE CAREFUL
We’ve had three different cases of water damage in the last nine months. The building is full of cheap building materials and cheap repairs. Water damage on the walls and ceilings was sanded away and painted over, except for the drywall that was dripping with water and black mold. We were without power for over a day in Winter with freezing temperatures, without hot water for a total of 7 days between all repairs, and without our washer/dryer for more than that due to having to remove them from... the room for them to repair it. Management did not care about the hardship that the repairs caused and did not find any alternative housing while we were without power. I lost a lot of money in missing shifts and food going bad from the power being and they offered to cover less than 30% of what I missed for the troubles. If everything in your apartment works for your lease, there won’t be problems. But BEWARE, if anything goes wrong they will put gauze on the bandaid that didn’t hold and say “Good luck!”
